JAKARTA, Dec. 14 (Xinhua) -- Indonesian police will deploy over one third of its strength, or 141,460 personnel, to ensure the security of Christmas and New Year, police spokesman Sisno Adiwinoto said here Friday. The spokesman said that the police would conduct an operation called "Candle Operation" across the nation.
